Kathmandu, Nepal's capital, is set in a valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountains. At the heart of the old city’s mazelike alleys is Durbar Square, which becomes frenetic during Indra Jatra, a religious festival featuring masked dances. Many of the city's historic sites were damaged or destroyed by a 2015 earthquake. Durbar Square's palace, Hanuman Dhoka, and Kasthamandap, a wooden Hindu temple, are being rebuilt.

Kathmandu is in the northwestern part of the Kathmandu Valley to the north of the Bagmati River and covers an area of 50.7 km2 (19.6 sq mi). The average elevation is 1,400 metres (4,600 ft) above sea level.[27] The city is bounded by several other municipalities of the Kathmandu valley: south of the Bagmati by Lalitpur Metropolitan City (Patan), with which it forms one urban area surrounded by a ring road, to the southwest by Kirtipur and to the east by Madyapur Thimi. To the north the urban area extends into several municipalities; Nagarjun, Tarakeshwor, Tokha, Budhanilkantha, Gokarneshwor and Kageshwori Manohara. However, the urban agglomeration extends well beyond the neighbouring municipalities, e.g. to Bhaktapur, and nearly covers the entire Kathmandu Valley.

KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, you will be heading towards major UNESCO World Heritage. Patan Durbar
Square, Bauddhanath, Bhudhanilkantha, & Swayambhunath. After the sightseeing is done
the driver will drop you back at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 03
EXCURSION TO CHANDRAGIRI HILLS

After mornings breakfast driver will come to pick you up by 10 AM and then drive towards
west of Kathmandu which will take about one –one and half hour you will have to take
cable car that takes you from the bottom of the hill to the upper station of the cable car
from where you have to walk for a while. Once reached you will be having a darshan of
Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple which is also known as replica of Pashupatinath.

Day 04
EXCRUSION TO NAGARKOT VIA BHAKTAPUR

After mornings breakfast driver will come to pick you up by 12 to 1 PM and then head out
to Bhaktapur which is one of the biggest Darwar Square which will take you about 4 to 5 hr.
after Bhaktapur you will be going for the excursion to Nagarkot for the Sunset View. Which
will also be a view of eastern mountain belt.

Day 05
DEPARTURE TRANSFER TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Day to go back to home country hence early morning breakfast will be served and there
will be a pick up from the hotel 3 and half hours before your flight time as you need to
reach the airport 3 hours early to your flight time.

  • The package cost does not include air/rail fares, airport tax, entry fees to monuments, guide fees, visa charges, personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, soft/hard drinks, meals, tips and camera fees.
  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Seats and Meals are not included in the airfare
  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary (Highly recommended by I Need Trip)

 

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited. (Incase, if there is any)
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking (We will start booking process after the receipt of the initial payment, until then we are not holding anything & cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services)
  • Airfare quoted at the time of package creation is subject to change at the time of booking depending on fare fluctuations.
  • We need minimum 72 working hours to reply back on your booking confirmation, if we fail to give you the proposed services then we will provide you similar options or we will refund your received amount.
  • Passport copies of all Guests (front page, address page or any observation page if any) needs to be provided at the time of booking along with the initial payment, if you do not provide the same the booking process will be delayed.
  • Any verbal conversations regarding the Trip/Package will be considered null & void. Only written communications over mail or whatsapp will be accepted.
  • As per the new RBI guidelines, PANCARD IS MANDATORY for every Booking & Travel.
  • 100% payment to be made for Domestic packages 10 days prior to departure date.
  • 100% payment to be made for International packages 15 days prior to departure date.

Travel Vouchers

  • Travel vouchers will be provided within 3 working days of receipt of Final Payment.
  • Travel Itinerary provided at the time of booking is Tentative and final itinerary will be shared on arrival at your destination as it all depends on the final discretion of our local counterpart at that particular destination.

All cancellation and date change of Air tickets is based on the airline policy and will be shared at the time of the requirement.
