Proof of Occupation in the resident country is to be provided, for example : 
Self –Employed

•   Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
•   Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
•   Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
•   GST Certificate

 Employed

•  Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter and NOC from Employer.

Student

• School ID copy.
• Leave Sanction Letter from school or School diary mentioning school holidays.

Biometrics

Biometric Submission

Your fingerprints and digital photograph will be taken at the VFS. Children less than 5 years need to visit VFS for digital photograph and submission, but are not require to provide their fingerprints. You need to visit VFS for Biometrics, everytime you apply for UK visa.

 

Letters addressed to the Embassy/Consulate

Letters addressed to the Embassy, for example : Request letter, Covering Letter or Invitation Letter etc.

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy.

If applicant is a minor or travelling with anyone:

b) Letter of School confirming current school admission and sanctioned leave of absence (original, no copy)
c) Consent Letter from both parents regarding child’s travel (original, no copy)
d) A4 sized copy of Parents’ Passports
 

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation

 

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

Travel Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original along with the photocopy

Passport Scan

Please upload colour scan copy of the first and last page of your current passport which contains the photograph and the personal particular details. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from this country.

Documents Requirements for CANADA TOURIST Visa (Temporary Residence Visa):

Scanned copy of valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel (all used pages) (both current and old passports).

One form filled by the applicant for personal additional details

Family Sheet Form to be filled completely (without any blanks) and it has to be signed by the applicant himself and not by anyone else.

Photo Specification:

One scan recent passport size 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm semi matte finish)]

Personal Covering Letter for addressed to Canadian High Commission (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Letterhead);

Bank Statement for last 6 months with sufficient bank balance (Personal).

Copy of Income Tax Papers for last 3 years (Personal).

Flight Ticket

Stay itinerary (hotel)

Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Other Investments etc. (Optional)

If Employed:

Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;

Last 3 months salary slip.

If Self Employed:

Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;

Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months;

Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.

If Retired:

Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

If Student

School / College / Institute ID Card;

Bonafide certificate.

If visiting friend or relative:

Invitation letter;

Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;

Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

If Sponsored:

Sponsorship letter;

Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;

Updated bank statement of last 6 months;

Income tax returns of last 3 years.

Biometric Instructions:

Biometric is mandatory i.e. 31st December 2018

Below 14 Years and above 79 Years are Exempted from Biometric

Biometric is required once in 10 years
