Proof of Occupation

Proof of Occupation in the resident country is to be provided, for example : 
Self –Employed

•   Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
•   Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
•   Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
•   GST Certificate

 Employed

•  Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter and NOC from Employer.

Student

• School ID copy.
• Leave Sanction Letter from school or School diary mentioning school holidays.

Biometrics

Biometric Submission

Your fingerprints and digital photograph will be taken at the VFS. Children less than 5 years need to visit VFS for digital photograph and submission, but are not require to provide their fingerprints. You need to visit VFS for Biometrics, everytime you apply for UK visa.

 

Letters addressed to the Embassy/Consulate

Letters addressed to the Embassy, for example : Request letter, Covering Letter or Invitation Letter etc.

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy.

If applicant is a minor or travelling with anyone:
a) Birth Certificate (original and A4 sized copy)
b) Letter of School confirming current school admission and sanctioned leave of absence (original, no copy)
c) Consent Letter from both parents regarding child’s travel (original, no copy)
d) A4 sized copy of Parents’ Passports
 

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation

 

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

Travel Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros to be submitted in original along with the photocopy

Documents requirements for Netherlands Tourist visa

• Applications should be submitted in person (also babies and children) and the following documents must be submitted:
• Original passport with old passport (Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months and two blank page required)
• A complete Visa application form with signed by applicant
• Copy of all pages of the passport (Current passport)
• 2 Photographs Size of photo white back ground
• 35 mm x 45 mm (width x height)
• One Covering letter address to Embassy with signed
• Flight reservation of return or round ticket
• Hotel reservations
• Proof of financial
• Original private bank statement showing movements in the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
• Indian income tax return acknowledgment for the last two assessment years. In addition: If the applicant is employed:

Documents required For Employee:

• Pay slips for the last three months;
• Employment contract;
• Employers statement on approval for holidays.

Document required for self-employed:

• One Company letter head cover letter print on letter head
• Certificate of registration of the company
• Company and personal bank statements last 3 months stamped and signed by the bank.
• Company and personal ITR last 3 year

If Retired:

• Retirement Proof: pension book, statement etc

If Student:

• ID Card: from school, college or institute
• Proof of health insurance minimum coverage 30000/ euro
• Marriage certificate, if applicant is married and cannot provide evidence of marital status in the passport; copy of ration card, if applicable.
